Staff was very polite. Restaurant was prepared for our group meals with good, hot variety. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They made full use of the pool, basketball, volleyball, etc. Communication with your staff prior to our visit was very helpful and appreciated.

We were most impressed with the facilities variety of activities and the friendliness of the group sales and front desk clerks.

I got this hotel on Ps checking me in if they had any newer or recently remodeled rooms. He placed us in this room for our 5 night stay. Needless to say I was still very worried that the hotel would be dirty and everything would be old but was I shocked. My room was wonderful. It was very clean, very updated. He had told us that this room also had a micro and fridge and that we were free to use them at no extra charge!! I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

We have been staying here since 1993 and had noticed a slight decline when we stayed in 2003. However, we decided to stay here again because of the excellent location, interior corridors in hotel and lovely pool. On arrival, the very friendly hotel manager arranged for us to have a pool view as we were there for 2 weeks.
The rooms were the same- very clean, spacious and as advertised in the Thomson holiday brochure.
The pool and hot tub are excellent and never get overcrowded. The pool was cleaned every morning.
The rooms were cleaned every day. We had a problem with the toilet constantly flushing and within 10 minutes the maintenance man arrived to fix it.
As for the staff, there seems to have been a complete overhaul. They were so friendly and helpful.
We would definately stay here again!

just arrived home after staying 2 weeks at this hotel. i think the hotel has improved since my last stay,carpet in hallway (4th floor) looked new,room very clean and tidy housekeeping staff did a good job everyday.outside areas clean and tidy.there was some work going on around the pool but this was screened off during the day and did not affect our use of the pool area which was well maintained but some of the loungers need replacing.
i would stay here again definitely

I've stayed at 4 & 5 star places. If you like a hotel with plenty to do, in a central point between disney world & universal studios with access to everyday stores right outside. I doubt you'd find a hotel with gameroom, exercise room, jacuzzi, full size pool, the grandier of a tower size hotel environment and most other standard facilities for this price. I stayed here, I loved it. It should be 4 stars but suffering unfairly with only 2 stars, i'd give it 5. It probably suffers due to lack of recent complete renovations or plentiful staff. This may be so but fine, you wont beat this service for the price. 5 stars !!!!
